Returns

We strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase from Altteo. If, for any reason, you are not delighted with your order, you have the option to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will promptly process your refund.

Our Solutions:

1. Altteo's Responsibility:
   If the issue stems from our company's error, we will facilitate a return to our warehouse for a refund or exchange. Upon receipt of the item, we will dispatch a replacement at no cost to you, covering the shipping expenses. This solution applies solely when Altteo is responsible for shipping the wrong item/size.
2. Customer's responsibility:
   Incorrect order(model of item)
   In this scenario, the customer will bear the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. Given the significant shipping costs involved, our company has devised a more advantageous solution to address this issue.
